Navillus Criteria In order to guarantee the Program’s effective and timely application, Navillus has implemented a mandatory company policy to regularly train all supervisory and managerial staff. The policy also calls for the reevaluation of the company’s job site practices and methods on a regular basis. Navillus supervisors hold regular on-site safety meetings with their workers and inspectors, and evaluate site equipment to ensure it is in proper working order.
