Local 1 Plumbers Hall

Queens, NY

Navillus laid 10,000 square feet of Saddlebrook Utility Brick at 50-02 5th Street, Queens, NY 11101 to create a building envelope for a beautiful building for the Local Plumbers Hall which included a mix of a 1/3 running bond pattern with an English bond pattern, solider coursing and Rowlock water table. Navillus also preformed the installation of 120 square feet of ornamental cast stone which entailed a series of arches, piers and columns on the building facade. The scope of work in this contract also included many masonry architectural features and finishes in the interior of this very stylish building including thin brick installation at the interior straight and circular partition walls of the building, and port hole circular brick openings in the masonry walls to provide a very open interior space. To finish off the exterior of the build Navillus poured the concrete sidewalks around the perimeter of the building. Project Duration: October 2013 - March 2014 (6 months)
