PS 320X is a 67,000 sqft new construction project located in Bronx, NY and has capacity for 458 students. The Construction Management is performed by the New York City School Construction Authority and the design is by di Domenico + Partners. The new five-story concrete superstructure has a precast panel envelope and includes aluminum windows and storefronts, new HVAC systems with five new RTUs and two new elevators. New standalone services, gas, electric, sewer and water services. Fire protection systems, intrusion alarm and fire alarm will be installed. The project also includes a new gymnatorium and a roof top play area.
