With a 27-year track record, Brian manages and supervises all day-to-day functions of Navillus construction sites, including coordination of all trades, material and equipment deliveries, overseeing safety procedures, appointing superintendents and foremen and all communication with PMs. He also schedules and monitors all manpower and is the liaison with the unions and city agencies.

He has delivered numerous multimillion-dollar projects on time and under budget across New York. He is an exceptional leader and an invaluable member of the Navillus family.
