This notice tells you about the cookies and the visit data on navillusinc.com. When you first open the site, we ask you to accept or decline. Before you click Accept, the site does not set analytics cookies, and it does not record your visit.

What we collect if you click Accept

• The pages you open, the page you came from, and the campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source).
• The links and buttons you click, how far you scroll, and how long you stay on a page.
• When you start or send a form. We do not collect what you type in the form.
• Your type of device, browser, screen size, language and time zone.
• A random visitor number and a random visit (session) number. They do not include your name.
• Your IP address only as a one-way code that changes every day. We do not keep the IP address.

Session recordings

If you click Accept, we also record how the page changes while you use it: mouse movements, clicks, scrolling and the page content. We use these recordings to find problems on the site. The recording hides all text that you type, and it does not show the fields or the files of the careers form.

Google Analytics

If you click Accept, the site also loads Google Analytics. Google sets the cookies _ga and _ga_<id> for up to 12 months. Google keeps the data as set in our Google Analytics account. If you click Decline, the site does not load Google Analytics.

Where we keep the data and for how long

We keep our own visit data and recordings in a private Microsoft Azure storage account in the United States. Only approved Navillus staff can see it. We delete the data after 13 months. We do not sell the data and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies and browser storage

• nv_consent (cookie, 12 months): keeps your choice, Accept or Decline. We set it for every visitor who makes a choice.
• nv_vid (browser storage): the random visitor number. Only after Accept.
• nv_sid (browser storage, ends when you close the tab): the random visit number. Only after Accept.
• _ga, _ga_<id> (cookies, up to 12 months): Google Analytics. Only after Accept.

The careers form uses Google reCAPTCHA to stop spam. reCAPTCHA loads only on the careers page, and it is necessary for the form to operate.

How to change your choice

Click Cookie settings here or at the bottom of every page. If you change to Decline, we delete the Google Analytics cookies and the visitor number from your browser, and we stop the recording.
